The aftermath of Hurricane Helene gives us an opportunity to engage our neighbors, care for those in need, and share the gospel.
As relief efforts from the storm have continued, we are receiving a growing number of financial requests from Ministry Partners.
If you would like to give financially, we ask you to give to “Benevolence Fund & Response.” You can do so through the link below. Through your support, we are able to make God’s invisible grace visible to those hurting and in need of basic help. And remember Paul’s exhortation in 2 Corinthians that through your gifts others will give glory to God, for your generosity will prove that you are obedient to the Good News of Christ (2 Corinthians 9:13).
These funds will allow us to support immediate and long-term needs, such as:
Homes of Hope - current ministry partner needing assistance with high deductibles on affordable housing
Miracle Hill
Upstate Red Cross
Department of Social Services
Samaritan’s Purse
Immediate and long-term help with partners in North Carolina
Central Serving Opportunity with the Red Cross
In the wake of Hurricane Helene, consider volunteering with the Red Cross in the Upstate! The Red Cross is looking for people who are willing to help with cleanup, restocking supplies, and assisting at local shelters. Whether you can give a few hours or commit to a longer volunteer role, your support will make a real difference in the recovery process. Please consider submitting a volunteer application on the Red Cross website today using the link below.

Campuses are also communicating specific needs for members and local ministry partners. For up-to-date information, make sure you are subscribed to your campus email list and check your campus Facebook page. Members can join their campus Facebook group through the link on their campus webpage.
If you or someone you know needs help, please reach out to your campus staff. Being a family of local congregations means our primary source of care comes through our individual campuses. If you are unsure of whom to contact, email us at info@grace.sc.
